This is an open request about if we should do this, and if so, when with what wording.

Wed like to pop up a message to new users saying "Help us help you." And then explain that we can suggest events that are a good match if they tell us about themselves. The more they tell, the better the suggestions.

Will this work? If so, what's the best way to frame it?
