At present the app has Tasks. Each Task is an Event or a Project. A Project, while it generally has a due date, is not a set time (appointment). It is created differently (not in the Calendar) and has some different attributes.
This is confusing. Everyone is used to the phrase Event. While a Project will never appear in the Calendar, that is not likely to trip people up. So Volunteers are likely to be fine with everything being an Event.
Proposal: Use the word Event everywhere it presently displays Task. It will have the Create/Update Project button. But Project will then be viewed as a type of Event.
